From individual expertise to one ambitious establishment
Our journey began in 2008, when each of us was building experience in our own field — architecture, engineering, administration, and technology. Over the years, those paths kept crossing on the same projects, and the results spoke for themselves.
Today we work together as Raeez Alomran: one establishment that brings real estate development, architectural and interior design, and exhibition solutions under a single, accountable team. To him, every plot has a story, and every building should outlive its drawings: functional, beautiful, and true to the place it stands in. His eye for proportion, detail, and materials is what gives our projects their character.

Abdulellah keeps every project running with clarity and discipline.
